All campers must submit a
registration for to be kept on
file to participate in any of
GSBC's camp programs.

must be printed and mailed in)

The following is a checklist of
things you need to submit with
your registration form.

$30 non-refundable deposit
(family and adult camp
excluded)

Medical insurance
information (on form)

Signed waiver by a parent or
guardian (if under 18,
included on form)
*Please note that applications
cannot be processed without
these items
